The company is led by the General Manager, who oversees the entire organization. It comprises seven core departments—R&D, Finance, Sales, Administration & HR, Manufacturing, Planning & Logistics, and Quality—forming an end-to-end operational system that spans research and development, production, sales, and management. Each department has clearly defined roles and works in seamless coordination: the R&D Department includes design, product development, electronics, and laboratory units, laying a solid foundation for technological innovation; the Manufacturing Department manages the full production process, from injection molding to surface treatment and assembly; the Quality Department maintains rigorous quality control through SQE, QA, QC, and systematic management; while the Sales, Planning, and Logistics departments bridge the market and supply chain, ensuring efficient business operations.
