Design and fabrication of automated equipment and tooling
Jiuding will prioritize investment in automated custom‑made equipment and tooling fixtures. It will proceed with such investments only when both criteria are met: a favorable return on investment and the capability of the equipment to replace human labor. The company aims to establish itself within two years as an advanced, internationally competitive automation supplier in the industry and to apply for Jiangsu Province’s Smart Workshop program.

In 2016, Jiuding implemented UFIDA’s Group Edition ERP system, a PDM project development management system, and the UFIDA OA office automation system. In 2017, it integrated its production equipment data‑collection tool and product QR‑code tracking system with the ERP, thereby enhancing data timeliness and standardizing management processes.
